Jakarta, 12 February 2019 – The President, Mr Augusto Noguira and Honorary Secretary, Senator Dato’ Mohd Suhaimi Abdullah visit the Karisma, Indonesia. Karisma is a local drug treatment center with a capacity of 15 people. It is a nice place, well organized, well structured and self-efficient. We listen to their services and we invite them to be the members of the IFNGO. KARISMA also has a drop-in Centre. They are a great team doing excellent work with 8,000 persons who are getting support through NSP, outreach, counseling and collecting used needles for proper disposal.
